For nearly twenty years Eylece Blaikie has specialised in teaching Drama, Dance, Mime and Movement to students aged from 5 to 18 years. She studied Secondary Drama and Dance Teaching at Kelvin Grove, BCAE and graduated with a Diploma of Teaching in Drama and Movement. As a Project Officer she travelled regional Queensland implementing drama workshops which culminated in the successful festival Jubilee 2000 in which 10,000 students participated. Her corporate work includes the production of the video Voices and the documentary Bingo.

After many years as principal teacher of The Drama Studio in Toowoomba, she has now moved to Charters Towers where she continues to work in teaching and in production.
Eylece believes that the creative child can be unleashed through the study of drama. Kidspeak is her practical guide. She encourages everybody to ‘add a little Drama to your life’.
